Join our Therapy and Behaviour Support team across Samaritans and Anglican Care to deliver evidence-based behavioural assessment, intervention, and behaviour support plans for people across the lifespan. You’ll focus on building the skills and capacity of individuals, families, and support networks to promote inclusion and quality of life. Working within NDIS and child-safe standards, you’ll be part of a positive, collaborative team committed to delivering high-quality care and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities: â¯â¯
Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Psychology, or Behavioural Science
Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (core or above) with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission
Demonstrated capacity to implement the principles and processes related to positive behaviour support, trauma informed care, and person-centred support.
Understanding of the current trends and approaches underpinning positive behaviour support
Demonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs
Demonstrated commitment to Continuing Professional Development, Evidenced Based Practice, and measuring clinical outcomes
Ability to work as a collaboratively member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.
